Located just off the motorway, this hotel is a great value for families driving down to the Channel Tunnel. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with responsive temperature control and good Wi-fi. the heavy quality towels and excellent full cooked breakfast are notable. Lastly, the staff is very efficient and courteous, attending to guests' needs and responding promptly.
The dinner staff might need improvement in terms of service and friendliness, based on one guest's experience.

Located near the M6 and affordable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed having free parking available at the hotel, and the room was clean.
Limited hot water when taking a shower. The pub downstairs was quite noisy during the night and morning, which made it difficult to get restful sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel for a few nights. The room was spacious and had a comfortable double bed. The modern TV and clean bathroom were nice touches. I also appreciated the blackout curtains that kept the room dark. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location on a dual carriageway made it easy to get around. Plus, the breakfast offered at the nearby Brewers Fayre buffet was a fantastic bonus, especially with kids eating for free.
My stay at this hotel was satisfactory and nothing major stood out as needing improvement.

Great location nearby popular attractions. the free Wi-Fi connection is quite fast and stable. the restaurant served a decent breakfast buffet.
Room service, dust was everywhere, even on the sheets. the bathroom had a smell of humidity that didn't go away even after we closed the door.
